"Actually works on most of my devices"
I’ve been using RoboForm on my Windows laptop, iPhone, and mostly in Chrome, and it’s actually been solid. The syncing works fine for me, and the browser extension is easy to use. I tried it with Firefox too, and it was okay, though I did have to log back in once. It’s not perfect every single time, but overall it’s simple enough and does what I need

"Makes organizing my logins simple"
The folders make it a lot easier to keep my saved logins from turning into a mess. It’s just common sense, when everything has a place, finding what I need takes way less time.

"RoboForm is easy to use most of..."
RoboForm is easy to use most of the time, actually. I got the hang of it for everyday stuff, but a few of the menus were a little confusing, and the setup took me longer than I thought it would

"App works fine, but the waiting is annoying"
The mobile app is easy to use on my phone, and overall it works well. I just get frustrated when I have to wait longer than expected for things to load.
"Helpful support and quick replies"
I had a login issue with RoboForm and reached out to their support team, and they got back to me quickly.
The person helping me was clear, patient, and didn’t make the fix feel complicated, which I really appreciated.
A friend had actually recommended RoboForm to me, and after this support experience, I can see why. I’d give them 5 stars for being helpful and easy to deal with

"Finally got back into my account"
I was able to recover my account, so it did the job in the end. It was a bit slow compared to what most people probably expect these days, but at least it worked and I’m back in.

"Works well, but the layout feels dated"
RoboForm does the job when it comes to saving passwords, and I haven’t had any major problems with that part. But the layout feels a little outdated to me. Some things are easy enough to find, while other menus feel cramped, and I sometimes feel pressured to figure it out quickly when I just need a password right away.
I don’t mind using it, but it doesn’t feel as smooth or modern as some other apps I’ve tried. If the design were cleaner and less cluttered, I think it would be a lot easier to use. For now, it’s okay, but not something I’d call great.

"I’m usually a little cautious with autofill..."
I’m usually a little cautious with autofill because I don’t want the wrong info ending up in a form, but this gets it right almost every time. It’s saved me a lot of annoying typing, and I still feel like I can quickly double-check things before submitting.

"Easy renewal with no surprise charges"
I renewed my RoboForm subscription last week, it was painless. The price was shown clearly before I paid, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering if some random fee was going to pop up at the end.
I got the receipt email right away, and my account updated without me really having to mess with anything. Billing stuff can be such a hassle sometimes, but this was simple and straightforward

I was relieved this still worked while my internet was down, because of course that’s when I needed a password. It had my saved passwords ready to go offline, and everything opened without any hassle.

"I’ve been using RoboForm for both my small..."
I’ve been using RoboForm for both my small business logins and our family plan at home, and it’s made life easier. Sharing passwords with my wife and a couple of work contacts is straightforward, and the folders keep everything from turning into a total mess. I do kind of get the feeling they built some parts more with desktop users in mind, because the browser fill works well most of the time, but it can get a little confused on older websites. The mobile app is fine, but it feels like they maybe haven’t put quite as much attention into making it as smooth. Still, overall it saves me a lot of hassle day to day

"2FA was easy to set up and feels safer"
I’ve been using RoboForm for a while and finally got around to turning on two-factor authentication last week. it was painless with my authenticator app, and it didn’t mess with any of my saved logins or anything.
Now if I sign in on a new device, it just asks for the code and I’m in. There’s something about it that makes the whole thing feel more secure without being a hassle. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Easy to trust and does the job right"
I’ve been using roboform for a while now, it just feels dependable. My passwords stay organized and secure without any weird spammy stuff or sketchy vibes. Setup was quick, and I didn’t have to overthink it. When it comes to a password manager, trust is a big deal for me, and roboform has definitely earned it so far.

"It make password stuff way easier"
I like how quick this is. It make strong random passwords in just a few seconds, and I don’t have to sit there trying to think one up myself

"Feels safe enough for me"
I’m not some tech expert, but this feels secure enough for what I need. The encryption seems solid, and it would be ridiculous for me to stress over it more than that...

"Password sharing works, but I wish it was more set-it-and-forget-it"
I mostly use RoboForm to share passwords with my wife, and overall it gets the job done. In my head, password sharing should be simple: send invite, they accept, done. But sometimes the invites don’t show up right away, and the sharing settings made me pause and click around more than I expected. It’s definitely better than doing the lazy thing and texting passwords back and forth, so I’ll keep using it. I just wish the whole process felt a little more obvious and smoother.

"Wish I’d started using fingerprint login sooner"
I use the fingerprint login on roboform pretty much every day now, i kind of regret not setting it up earlier. It saves me from typing my master password over and over, which gets old fast. Nothing fancy to say, it’s simple, quick, and it just works for me

"RoboForm gets it right, unlike half these websites"
I mostly use roboform to fill out online forms, and it’s been solid. My name, address, card info, all of it usually lands in the right boxes without me having to babysit it. It saves me a ton of retyping, which is good because some of these websites make their forms so annoying it feels like they’re trying to waste my time on purpose.

I’ve been using the RoboForm extension for a bit now, and it’s been running fast with no issues. It pops up when I need it, saves me time, and hasn’t caused any glitches while I’m checking emails or pulling up saved receipts. Smooth overall

"Overall it does what it’s supposed to do..."
Overall it does what it’s supposed to do, so that’s nice. The browser extension opens fine most of the time, but every now and then it takes its sweet time, which is a little annoying when you’re just trying to get something done. Sync usually works okay too, just not exactly blazing fast or anything. Good enough, I guess.
